Well, today was interesting. No, that was a lie. But Luke and I weren't allowed to buy tickets for Underworld Evolution becuase we didn't have 'suitable' photo ID to PROVE WE WERE 15 OR OVER. Keeping in mind we're both 18, Luke is something like 6'2" tall and hadn't shaved in a couple of days. It would have been funny, actually, if he'd done as later suggested and pulled out his uni acceptance letter as proof.
Then I tried to find a shop that sells bearmaking supplies, which we walked right past, probably twice. And never noticed. Yay.
Speaking of which, my bearmaking lesson on Monday was great, and I made a whole bear in one day. Which I need to take a better photo of.
Not doing much arty stuff at the moment. Blah. I should. |
